Building capacity to perform cow-side measurements of cellular metabolism via the mobile Seahorse XF HS Mini Analyzer

    Funding Year:
    Campus:

Leone’s project will examine mitochondrial function in dairy cattle using two new Agilent Seahorse XF HS Mini Analyzers. This equipment will directly measure functionality of mitochondria through mitochondrial respiration, glycolysis, and ATP production.
