Creutzinger is an assistant professor in animal and food science at UW–River Falls, whose position is funded entirely by the Dairy Innovation Hub. Her research interests involve the improvement of dairy cattle quality of life used in various agriculture systems by developing a robust teaching and research program focused on applied behavior, welfare, and sustainability. Creutzinger started in August 2021.

Creutzinger’s project aims to create a dedicated office space for UW–River Falls College of Agriculture, Food, and Environment Science (CAFES) research fellows. As the CAFES research program expands, there is a growing need to hire postgraduate research fellows to carry out highimpact research, train highly qualified personnel, and expand the research capacity. There is currently no dedicated office space for research fellows in the Agriculture Science Building (AGS) and additional space is needed to facilitate the hiring of postgraduate research fellows.
