Siemering is an outreach specialist with UW Extension and the Department of Soil Science. His research interests include contaminant behavior and impacts in soil, sediment and water.
Siemering’s project will use a Bluesun/Systea Analytical Easychem 200 discrete analyzer to increase research capacity for analyzing soil and plant extracts and surface and groundwater samples. This machine is automated and can run a large variety of analytical tests.
