This FREE virtual event focuses on the Dairy Innovation Hub, which harnesses research and development at UW–Madison, UW–Platteville and UW–River Falls to keep Wisconsin’s $45.6 billion dairy industry at the global forefront in producing dairy products in an economically, environmentally and socially sustainable manner.

Attendees will hear about some of the Hub’s many new research and development projects, which focus on the four pillars listed below, and are encouraged to join the discussion during dedicated breakouts.

During the first half of the event, attendees will learn about the origins and mission of the Hub and hear directly from a selected group of Hub-funded researchers to demonstrate the diversity of projects being supported across many disciplines. In the second half of the event, attendees will have the opportunity to interact with the researchers in breakout sessions by pillar.  Breakout sessions will be run once in duplicate so that attendees will have the opportunity to join the discussion in more than one pillar.
